The Rescuer Scholarship

Rescuer is proud to support the future of firefighting by offering a $1,500 scholarship to one

self-sponsored recruit that attends the Alabama Fire College. As a firefighter-owned business, Rescuer is passionate about investing into the future of the fire service and those who dedicate themselves to protecting their communities. This scholarship reflects our commitment to empowering the next generation of firefighters, ensuring they have the resources to succeed in their training and careers. Through this initiative, Rescuer continues its mission to support those who answer the call to serve.

Who qualifies?

The Rescuer Scholarship will be awarded at the end of the recruit school to a self-sponsored recruit at the Alabama Fire College. The recipient will be a natural leader, motivating their peers, maintaining a positive attitude, and displaying integrity both in and out of training. They will have a relentless work ethic, consistently pushing themselves to excel in both the classroom and physical aspects of recruit school. Their determination, resilience, and willingness to go above and beyond will set them apart as a future firefighter who sets a high standard and is truly dedicated to serving their community.
